Carmen’s Pizzas is named after my grandma Carmen, an incredible chef and one of those grandmas who made everyone feel loved, welcomed, and very well fed.
My love for food comes from her, and also from my grandma Lily. Both of them taught me, in their own way, that food is never just food. It’s love, family, comfort, memories, and the thing that brings people together even on the hardest days.
Carmen’s is built from that feeling. A place for fresh pizza, good flavours, warm moments, and a community where everyone feels welcome around the table. It’s my way of honouring them, sharing the love they gave me, and keeping that love going.
