We are an independent restaurant in Cambridge that specialises in fresh, biga dough, house-made dips, and special pizzas that combine Latin-American flavour with a Mediterranean touch.
Carmen’s Favourites
(Vegetarian or Vegan) - A soft little drama queen of a pizza, just like my grandma Lily!
Ingredients: sweet caramelised onions, creamy parmesan, mozzarella and roasted pumpkin seeds, all sitting on our special tomato base and topped with fresh rocket.
Allergens: both versions contain wheat (gluten) // vegetarian version contains dairy // vegan version contains soya & cashew nuts // vegan cheese contains garlic.
(Meat, Vegetarian or Vegan) - Fresh, bold and always impossible to ignore. I’m basically describing my grandma Carmen!
Ingredients: Pesto base, mozzarella, bacon (pork), cherry tomatoes and smoked ricotta.
Allergens: all versions contain wheat (gluten) // meat and vegetarian versions contain dairy // vegan version contains soya & cashew nuts // vegan cheese contains garlic // Pesto uses sunflower seeds.
(Vegetarian or Vegan) - She’s earthy, elegant and definitely way more exciting than any courgette has even been!
Ingredients: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, marinated courgettes, seasoned oyster mushrooms and feta cheese.
Allergens: both versions contain wheat (gluten) // vegetarian version contains dairy // vegan version contains soya & cashew nuts // vegan cheese contains garlic.
